Plant-Based Power was Founded in August of 2017. This site is dedicated to people struggling with health some health challenges and looking for a natural way of healing. Our goal is to educate people on eating a well balanced Plant-Based diet. We offer Health and Wellness Coach to steer you in the right direction to a better you. Studies show by even reducing the amount of process foods, like processed meats, dairy and packaged/fast foods can reduce the your risks of developing diseases like heart disease and diabetes.
We strive to encourage and help people to develop a plan to become stronger by choosing the right foods to eat. Diseases like diabetes, heart disease, and even cancer are taking the lives of too many people before their time.
