A1C Level

Most probably already know what A1C levels are and how to manage them.  A1C is a blood test that shows how well your Diabetes plan is working.  A level below 5.7 is considered normal. Whereas above 5.7-6.4 is considered to be prediabetic. Type 2 diabetes is diagnosed when your A1C level is 6.5 and above.

There are several things you can do to lower your A1C levels.

  • Exercise More
  • Eat a Whole Food Plant-Based Diet
  • If in an office setting all day long, create a stand-up desk.
  • Stick to your routine and be consistent.

Even if you are not diabetic or pre-diabetic, it is still good to keep your A1C level stable.  As this just adds to you being a healthier and stronger you.

Well, until next time.

Be encouraged, as you encourage others.
