Foods we can consume with harming an animal are the living foods.
Fruits, Vegetables, Nuts, Seeds and Grain. Oh and lots and lots of H2O (water).
Pure Water is a cleansing agent for our body. Something as simple as water has the ability to not only quench our thirst, but can also provides proper circulation of nutrients in the body.
So it’s not just about the Plant Based Lifestyle, but exercise, proper rest, and plenty of hydration.
