The Biggest Picture

Somewhere out there, there is a person who just can’t seem to quite get a handle on their vegan lifestyle change. All these questions about whether or not to supplement Vitamins D and B and XYZ…or Vitamin deficiency in blah,blah, blah.

Has anyone ever thought that we are seriously overcomplicating things?

I have to remember why I first became a Vegan. The meat and dairy where causing all sorts of health issues (which is clear).

The point is to eat living food, which means, if it ain’t got a seed leave it be.

If you can, or at least on occasion, have the vegan packaged foods as a treat.

At least I try to stick to that Modo…

So yeah we can stop eating meat and dairy, but replacement Veganism helps no one.

So I end with this. There has to be a balance where you eat and actually exercise, walking, running, biking etc…

As I said in many of posts, you cannot have a healthy diet with no exercise, both work in tandem.
