The Real Thing

We Plant Based people are so caught up on the latest Vegan Burger, or next great product that is a “healthier option”, no meat, dairy, etc… Using meal replacements, with the the Vegan label on them. I get it people, but can we at least put some things into perspective for a moment.

We look at our health.

Are we overweight?

Do we exercise?

Do we actually eat fruits and vegetables in their natural state?

These are all questions we must answer for ourselves.

Remember when our parents said when we were kids to eat our fruits and vegetables.

“Who knew”

Packaged foods are packaged foods.

There are preservatives in most if not all packaged foods. I say all this to say we must answer the questions above and try to make the necessary changes to improve our health.

Overall, that is the most important, since that’s all we have in this life.
