Weighing My Options

As I sit here contemplating my opinions, I have a lot to be grateful for. Mostly my health and the health of my family. Of course it’s easier to go and eat the processed foods because of convenience, but we are missing the big picture if we do. We already know that fruits and vegetables are an essential part of the diet. Which should be consumed twice as much as animal protein. But most don’t see it that way.

Our Western World sees it as if I can get it cheaper and faster that would make me happy When in fact we need to be looking at the bigger picture, Our Health

A Plant Based Lifestyle is choosing to eat plant (protein) vs animal (protein). Causing us to flourish in ways that give us more energy, and more fuel throughout the day.

In addition exercise because they do go hand and hand.

So be encouraged as you encourage others to be at their best.😀
