Do Diligence

This video doesn’t exist

Just a quick video about why we need to take responsibility of our own health, and stop solely depending upon Big Pharma to solve our health issues.

I do understand we need doctors, but if we actually took responsibility for what we eat or even how much we consume, this will lesson our chances of becoming sick.

It’s going to take more from us then do what the doctor says. We have to do some research on our end as well.

The answer to a headache is NOT Advil or Alieve, but perhaps it means you are dehydrated, not getting enough sleep, or not enough nutrients in the food we are eating.

Prescription drugs should be in fact a last resort for most people.

Let’s take a look at what we are consuming.

Processed Meats

Highly Processed Packaged Foods

Fast Food, McDonald’s, Burger King, etc…

Little to No Exercise

These are all things that contribute to our health issues.

With kids being diagnosed with diabetes as young as 10 years old, something needs to be done. As Parents we not only need to feed our children healthy options, but they need us to lead by example.

Of course it is easier to buy packaged foods and have your kids grab and go, but it hurts in the long run.

Whether you believe in the Most High Creator or not. There are plants here that having natural healing properties in them. In fact H2O (yes Water, IN ITS PUREST FORM, has healing properties in it and can work wonders.

I will end by saying, Let’s Do our Do Diligence, let’s take care of ourselves and each other.

Until Next Time.
