With this season of (“Holidays”) though this season can be joyous for some, it’s heart breaking for others. Many people are dealing with sickness themselves or of family members dealing with health issues like diabetes.
Let’s be honest with ourselves, how many of us, even today, will eat eat and eat until they cannot eat anything else. This being the season for over indulgence, we really need to be very careful because this is also the high season for heart Attacks and Strokes.
As your Health and Wellness Coach my job is to help you make smarter decisions about the foods you consume and include a daily 30-45 minute exercise regiment as well.
