There are a lot of benefits to eating right kind of carbs to help and even heal your gut.
- Blueberries
- Bananas
- Sweet potatoes
- Oats
- Quinoa
- Kidney Beans
All of these are healthy carbs and can help your overall health.
Carbs that we need to limit our intake are as follows.
White Rice 1 cup per serving and not every day. (add some beans to the rice). As we know white rice can spike you blood sugar, but adding some beans can regulate the sugar.
Regular Potatoes, (French Fries aside from McDonald’s fries) are very starchy, and should be roasted, not fried in oil. As these are a lot healthier than French Fries.
The point is with These Carbohydrates moderation, and always, always, always.
Eat way more vegetables than you do carbohydrates.
Greens, Spinach, Kale, Collards,
Carrots, Celery, Beets, Ginger Root,
All of these can help you be a better you.
Fruits, Apples, Oranges, Pears, etc…It’s actually better to eat the seasonal fruits and vegetables. Better for Allergies.
So as your Health and Wellness Coach, I recommend all these things and a daily dose of
Exercise
Walking, Running, Biking, Swimming.
P.S. Drink plenty of Water. Not juice, soda, Sweet/Iced Tea (Depending on where you are from). Crystal Light (Crystal Meth, is what I like to call it). Very addictive.
