One of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do is recognize my flaws. I already know I’m imperfect, been knocked down quite a few times, but kept getting back up. Truth be told it does start with us. Examining our thoughts (about ourselves) where we are right now and what is the end goal. Once we’ve done this self examination, and we know what the goals are. We now have to devise a plan to put it into action.
Going to the gym more,
Go for morning or evening walk/run…
Increase your Outside time. (especially since weather is starting to break)
Skip that fast-food line during lunch, or make better food choices.
These are all challenges I’ve faced and continue to face. The point is I know myself and what I can and cannot handle. Before I can coach anyone, I am my own coach first. Stay the course, Push Forward and build on what you have.
